Tracy Snicker

Tracy has over 12 years of market research project management which she happily brings to her role at Wonderlust Collective, Inc.   She began her market research career working as a phone interviewer then moved into high level project management roles on both the quantitative and qualitative sides. With a heart for a good story, her passion lies in qualitative studies, and she is constantly looking for innovative ideas to help discover how those stories can most accurately and creatively be told.​

She has worked closely to manage studies in numerous research methodologies and industries.  She has an eye for trouble shooting challenging recruits and uses her skill set acquired on the vendor side to provide thorough communication and build trustworthy client relationships. ​

She has a flair for staying calm under pressure and for working with a sense of humor in the challenges of a fast-paced market research environment. She revels in the latest ideas and concepts that are being introduced or restructured in the marketplace.   She prides herself in studying each project with a careful eye and thrives in a supportive and caring team at Wonderlust Collective, Inc. ​

Tracy lives in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago with her teenage boy and girl twins. She enjoys being outdoors preferably near the water, daily yoga, kayaking, baking unique cakes and desserts, museum excursions, making art, reading a delightful book, and catching up on the next superhero movie with her family.  ​
