Dr. Kaleigh Decker

Kaleigh graduated from Texas Christian University with a PhD in experimental psychology. Her academic research explored attitudes, attitude change, persuasion, and personality. At Wonderlust, Kaleigh uses her background in psychology to understand consumer attitudes, behavior, and decision-making. She is passionate about discovering hidden (and often subconscious) motivations that guide consumer attitudes and behavior, and she is always exploring the world through a psychological lens.  ​

Kaleigh has led and been part of numerous quantitative and qualitative projects and is especially skilled at applying scientific rigor to fast-paced and constantly evolving marketing spaces. She is a problem solver to her core and brings abundant curiosity, thoughtfulness, and enthusiasm to every project she’s part of. ​

Kaleigh loves collaborating with the Wonderlust team on all things innovation and bringing abstract and ambitious ideas to fruition. She believes no idea is too small and that every idea can be improved through brainstorming and thoughtful collaboration. ​

Kaleigh recently moved to Indianapolis with her partner and two dogs. In her free time, she loves to travel, explore local shops and restaurants, adventure outdoors with her people + pups, read a good book, and create fun fashion moments.
